Due to the garment’s premium construction and multiple layers, the zipper may feel slightly firmer when zipping or unzipping. This is completely normal and does not indicate a defective zipper.

Tip: For easier zipping, we recommend asking someone to gently hold the left and right sides of the zipper closer together while pulling it up or down. This helps reduce tension on the zipper and ensures a smoother experience.
